Cumhuriyet Mahallesi tapuda, 1584 ada 8 parselde kayıtlı ve 33,42 m2' ye tekabül eden 557/77419 paylı belediye hissesinin 1 (bir) yıllığına Aydın Valiliği İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü'ne bedelsiz olarak tahsis edilmesi, bu tahsisle ilgili iş ve işlemler kapsamında; görüşmeleri yapmak, protokol düzenlemek, imzalamak ve karar almak üzere Belediye Başkanı'na yetki verilmesi ile ilgili hususun görüşülmesi.
Kalfaköy Mahallesi tapuda 219 ada 22 parselde kayıtlı 116,70 m2 'lik "Köy Odası" vasıflı taşınmazın 2 (iki) yıllığına Efeler Kaymakamlığı İlçe Müftülüğü ‘ne bedelsiz olarak tahsis edilmesi, bu tahsisle ilgili iş ve işlemler kapsamında; görüşmeleri yapmak, protokol düzenlemek, imzalamak ve karar almak üzere Belediye Başkanı'na yetki verilmesi ile ilgili hususun görüşülmesi.
Aydın İli, Efeler İlçesi, Işıklı Mahallesi, tapunun 174 ada 1 parselinde kayıtlı bulunan 2.627,06 metrekarelik taşınmazın 1260/131353 pay ve paydalık hissesine tekabül eden 25,20 metrekarenin Şeyda Gülsüm KÖROĞLU'ndan satın alınması ile ilgili hususun görüşülmesi.
