EFELER BELEDİYESİ’NDEN BUDAMA ATIKLARI UYARISI
Efeler Belediyesi, özel mülkiyet alanında bulunan budama atıklarını rastgele şehrin farklı noktalarına bırakanlara, bilgilendirmede bulundu.
Efeler Belediyesi Park ve Bahçeler Müdürlüğü ile Temizlik İşleri Müdürlüğü ekipleri görev ve yetki alanındaki sorumluluklarını eksiksiz şekilde yerine getirmeye devam ediyor. Öte yandan özel mülkiyet alanında yer alan ağaçların budaması ve bu işlem sonucu ortaya çıkan atıkların kentin farklı noktalarında cadde, sokak ve kaldırımlara bırakıldığı gözlemlendi. Yaya ve araç trafiğinin güvenli şekilde akışına engel olan ve kent estetiğini bozan bu durumun ardından, vatandaşlara konuyla ilgili bilgilendirme yapıldı.
Efeler Belediyesi’nin sosyal medya hesaplarından yapılan paylaşımda, ilçe sakinlerine budama atıklarını cadde, sokak ya da kaldırımlara gelişigüzel bırakmamaları gerektiği hatırlatıldı. Ayrıca söz konusu işlemin Efeler Belediyesi tarafından yapılmasını isteyen vatandaşlar, 444 80 09 numaralı telefonu aracılığıyla başvuruda bulunabilecek. Talep için gerekli ücretin ödenmesinin ardından, belediye personeli işlemleri gerçekleştirebilecek. Kanunlara göre belirlenen bu sürece aykırı davranarak budama atıklarını sokağa bırakanlar hakkında ise Kabahatler Kanunu’nun ilgili maddesi gereğince ceza uygulanacak.
